WALK-A-THON - TODAY! 

Parents are welcome to come watch students lap the turf. Grade walk times below: 

K & 1: 8:45 - 9:15am

3 & 4 10:00  -10:30am

2 & 5  2:00 - 2:30pm

Please submit all electronic pledges and donations due today.

FALL FEST - TONIGHT 5:30p - 8:00p

Raffle tickets for class baskets will be sold after school today at the main entrances, and also available to purchase at the event. Raffle tickets are $1. 

WALK + ROLL – THURSDAYS through October 23! 

Walk + Roll is going strong – don’t forget to join in any Thursday through October 23rd! 

Walk + Roll is a Tremont tradition promoting walking and biking safely to school.

• Every student that rides a bike, scoots or walks to school on Thursdays from September 25th - October 23rd will receive a hole punch in their punch card. 

  
  

For every hole punch, the PTO donates $.05 to World Bicycle Relief, which provides people in rural communities around the globe bicycles to realize their goals by expanding opportunities to access education, health facilities and other vital services. 

At the conclusion of the fall session, students will turn in their punch cards to the volunteers for total number of hole punches to be counted for donation purposes.

Additionally, the class with the most hole punches will earn a "Wear a Hat to School" Day!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

RECESS WALKING CLUB!

• Walking Club is held Tuesdays & Thursdays during lunch recess blocks from 10:55-12:30 at the Tremont Turf Field. 

• Four parent volunteers are needed for Walking Club each week (2 each day). 

• Sign up here for any Tuesday or Thursday, dates begin October 9th and run through November 25th. 

CAFETERIA VOLUNTEERS!

October is a few weeks away, but you can start booking your time to volunteer in the cafeteria now! Time commitment is 11 am - 12:30 pm.  It’s a great way to see your kids and an easy way to support the school. 

• Volunteer slots available here for Oct. 1 through Dec. 19

• Ideally, four volunteers each day help the cafeteria support run smoothly and even though it’s a few weeks away, you can start to sign up now! :) It’s a great way to see your kids and help out at the school. 

• Timing is 11 am - 12:30 pm each day school is in session.
