Enrichment Programs Participation Policy
Students participating in an after school enrichment program must be registered and paid-in-full prior to the program start date. For programs with limited enrollment, registrations will be accepted in order of receipt. Enrollment spots will not be held if missing forms or payment. PTO reserves the right to cancel an enrollment for reasons including but not limited to lack of payment.

Scholarships are available if a student needs financial assistance. Please contact Tremont's Guidance Counselor with requests. For programs with limited enrollment, please make contact before registration begins to ensure a placement.
Enrichment Programs Refund Policy
Enrichment class schedules are subject to change due to facility availability and enrollment. If a program is cancelled, you will be notified prior to the first class meeting. A full refund will be issued if a program is cancelled due to facility availability or enrollment numbers.

Any other refund requests must be submitted prior to the program start date. Requests can be sent to Tremontschoolassociation@gmail.com. Refund requests received after a program starts will require approval of the instructor or enrichment program vendor. Refunds will not be given for absences.

This policy only applies to enrichment programs that PTO manages the registration and collection of money. See the individual refund policies for programs/companies that manage their own registration.
