Pay Your Tremont School Fees Here
One easy thing to check off the back-to-school list.
Tremont school fees help cover school supplies, field trips and transportation throughout the year.
For fifth graders, the fee also includes special activities and experiences for their final year at Tremont.
Good to know: District-required or classroom-specific supplies communicated by your child’s teacher are separate and are not included in this fee.
Classroom Volunteers Wanted
Want to be part of the fun this year?
There are plenty of ways to help! Whether you’re an organizer, a creative type, a party person or just really good at keeping a group text on track. Every role helps make Tremont a little more special for our students and teachers. Pick the one that fits your time, talents and level of enthusiasm:
Room Parent
Think connector, communicator and occasional wrangler of volunteers.
Room Parents work with teachers, PTO, and classroom families to help coordinate activities, parties and projects throughout the year. You may also help recruit volunteers or lend an extra hand when needed.
You do not have to do everything yourself. Promise.
Fall Festival Basket Coordinator
This one is fun, creative, and moves fast.
Each classroom creates a themed basket for the Fall Festival raffle- think movie night, UA sports, sweets and treats, gift cards and more.
You’ll help choose a theme, collect donated items and pull it all together into something people definitely want to win.
Planning kicks off in September for Fall Festival on October 9.
Adult Social Auction Art Coordinator
Calling all crafty parents (and crafty-adjacent parents!)
Each classroom creates an original art piece for the Adult Social on February 26, one of the PTO’s biggest fundraisers of the year.
You’ll work with the teacher and students to dream up a project and help bring it to life, usually with a few classroom visits along the way. Past creations have included paintings, wreaths, bags, stepping stones and more. This is your chance to get creative.
Classroom Party Planners
If you enjoy making school parties feel extra fun, this is your moment.
Party Planners help coordinate games, crafts and approved snacks for our classroom celebrations. Other families can help contribute supplies- you’re simply helping bring the plan together and make party day a good one.
These spots are popular, so you can sign up for all three and may be selected for one:
Party Dates
Fall: October 30
Winter: December 18
Valentine’s Day: February 10
Parties are typically 2:00–2:45 p.m.
Student Directory: Add Your Info by August 26
Even if volunteering is not on your agenda this year, please add your name and email to the list sent by your child’s teacher.
Why? It allows your Room Parent to keep you in the loop on classroom parties, activities, volunteer needs and other important happenings throughout the year.
Translation: add your info so you don’t miss anything.
Deadline: August 26
Spirit Wear Opens August 24
A little Tremont pride never hurt anybody.
The Tremont Spirit Wear Shop opens Monday, August 24, with fresh gear for students, parents and anyone else ready to represent.
Watch PTO communications and social media Monday for the shopping link.
Consider this your official permission to add to cart.
